Bouncy castles, slides and event modules are packed on pallets and dispatched by a shipping company.

After receipt of payment, your goods will be dispatched on the same or the next working day. Delivery within EU is usually within 4 – 6 working days.

Accessories such as blowers are sent by DPD or UPS.

Our warehouse is located in Munich, Germany. You can also collect your bouncy castle from here yourself after payment and making an appointment.

Delivery to EU countries and Switzerland + Great Britain

Shipping is possible to all European countries as well as Switzerland and Great Britain. You can find the shipping costs in the table below.

As a private individual, you will be charged German VAT. You can place your order as normal via the online shop.

As a customer from a non-EU country, you can shop with us VAT-free. The prices quoted in the online shop initially include German VAT (19%), which will be deducted as soon as you have entered your delivery address (Switzerland + Great Britain) in the cart.

When shipping to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, you are considered the “importer”. You will therefore be charged the import sales tax and import duty costs.
Our shipping costs for Switzerland and the United Kingdom include the freight price, customs clearance and the preparation of the ABD.
