As a customer from a non-EU country, you can shop with us VAT-free. The prices quoted in the online shop initially include German VAT (19%), which will then be deducted.
When shipping to Switzerland, you are considered the “importer”. You will therefore be charged the Swiss import sales tax and import duty costs.
Our shipping costs for Switzerland include the freight price, customs clearance and the preparation of the ABD.
