Information about delivery and shipping across Europe

We ship our TÜV-tested bouncy castles, slides and event modules directly from our warehouse in Krailling near Munich across Europe.

Self-collection from Krailling is also possible after payment has been received and an appointment has been arranged. Bouncy castles, slides and event modules are securely packed on pallets for transport and delivered by freight carrier. Accessories such as blowers and groundsheets are shipped with DPD.

Shipping costs are calculated individually in the shopping basket based on the products selected. You can find a shipping cost overview here for general guidance.

After payment has been received, your bouncy castle will be packed the same day (for orders placed before 11 a.m.) or on the following working day and handed over to the freight carrier.

A few hours later, you will receive an email from the freight carrier announcing the shipment. Delivery usually takes 1–14 working days, depending on your country.

As a private customer, you simply pay the applicable VAT for your country. As a business customer with a valid VAT ID, you can purchase tax-free. To do so, please enter your company name and VAT ID at checkout.

Important: Due to the high value of the goods, the freight carrier cannot leave the shipment unattended without personal handover. Please make sure that someone is on site to receive the delivery.

All bouncy castles are delivered on a pallet.

Shipping information for customers in EU countries

We deliver to all European countries, both within the EU and to selected non-EU destinations in Europe.

Once payment has been received, your bouncy castle will be packed and handed over to the freight carrier on the same day for orders placed before 11 am, or on the following working day.
A few hours later, you will receive an email from the freight carrier announcing the shipment. Delivery time depends on the destination country.

As a private customer, you pay the VAT rate applicable in your country of delivery. As an EU business customer with a valid VAT ID, you can purchase VAT-free. Please enter your company name and VAT ID at checkout.

We deliver to all European countries, both within the EU and to selected non-EU destinations in Europe.

Delivery is made without VAT. Net prices are shown automatically as soon as you enter your delivery address.

For these shipments, you are considered the importer. Import VAT and, where applicable, customs charges will be billed directly to you by the freight carrier. Our shipping costs for non-EU countries already include freight, customs clearance and the export accompanying document.
