Bouncy Castles & Inflatable Slides — Delivery to the United Kingdom
Would you like to order a professional bouncy castle or inflatable slide to the United Kingdom? You’ve come to the right place. We ship our bouncy castles and accessories directly from our warehouse in Munich, Germany to the United Kingdom and we support private customers as well as businesses, rental operators, event agencies, associations, hotels and public institutions.
Please note: As the UK is no longer part of the European Union, there are some important differences regarding VAT and import duties that apply to your order. We have explained everything clearly below.
As a business customer in the UK, you purchase at net prices with no German or EU VAT charged. Simply enter your company name and UK VAT number at checkout and the price will automatically be displayed without VAT.
⚠️ Please note: As the importer, you are responsible for paying UK import VAT and any applicable customs duties upon delivery. These are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and will be invoiced to you directly by the forwarding agency or UK customs.
⚠️ For the correct processing of your order, the billing address and delivery address must be identical.
Running a small business or working as a sole trader but don’t have a UK VAT number yet? No problem, simply order as a private customer. Net prices without VAT are displayed automatically once you enter your UK delivery address. Please be aware that import VAT and any applicable customs duties will still apply upon delivery and will be charged to you separately.

How your order to the UK works — step by step

Choose your product
Browse our shop and select the bouncy castle, inflatable slide or accessory you need. Each product page shows you whether an item is in stock or whether a longer lead time currently applies.

Complete your order online
Add your chosen product to the cart and enter your UK delivery address at checkout. Net prices without VAT will be displayed automatically. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address.

VAT and import duties — what you need to know
As the UK is outside the EU, you are considered the importer of the goods. This means you will not be charged German or EU VAT. UK import VAT will be charged to you upon delivery by the forwarding agency or UK customs, and any applicable customs duties will also be charged directly to you. These costs are separate from our product prices and shipping fees and depend on current UK regulations. Our shipping costs include freight, customs clearance and the export accompanying document (EAD). They do not include UK import VAT or customs duties.

Select your payment method and place your order
We offer a range of secure payment options including bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Klarna and more. Instalment payments are available subject to eligibility via Klarna or PayPal.

We prepare your order for dispatch
Once your order has been received and payment confirmed, we prepare your items for shipping. Bouncy castles and slides are packed securely on pallets and dispatched via a forwarding agency. All export documents (EAD) are prepared by us and accompany the shipment.

Handover to the forwarding agency
Once we have handed your shipment over to the forwarding agency, you will receive an email from them directly to arrange a delivery date and time window. Please note that once the goods have left our warehouse, we no longer have direct influence over the exact delivery schedule. For any questions regarding your delivery appointment, please contact the forwarding agency directly.

Delivery to your address in the UK
After agreeing on a delivery appointment with the forwarding agency, your bouncy castle will be delivered securely on a pallet. ⚠️ Due to the high value of the goods, the forwarding agency is unable to leave the delivery unattended. Please make sure someone is present at the delivery address to accept the shipment in person. After delivery, the forwarding agency or UK customs will invoice you for the applicable UK import VAT and any customs duties. These are settled directly between you and the relevant authority and not through us.

Invoice & DIN EN 14960 certificate
You will receive your invoice by email immediately after payment is confirmed. Your guide including the TÜV certificate, DIN EN 14960 declaration of conformity and operating instructions will also be sent to you by email after your purchase. Please also check your spam folder just in case.
Our quality promise: TÜV SÜD certified
What does "TÜV SÜD certified" mean and why does it matter?
All of our bouncy castles and inflatable slides have been certified by TÜV SÜD in accordance with the European standard DIN EN 14960.
TÜV SÜD is one of the most internationally recognised and respected independent testing organisations in the world, and that is exactly what makes our certification special. A TÜV SÜD inspector personally assessed each of our models directly at the production facility, verifying that the design, materials and workmanship fully comply with the requirements of DIN EN 14960.
The corresponding TÜV SÜD certificate is included with every bouncy castle we deliver.
Does this cover the annual inspection requirement in the UK?
No, these are two separate things. Our TÜV SÜD certification is a one-time type approval carried out at the factory, confirming that the model meets the requirements of DIN EN 14960 at the time of manufacture.
Whether an additional annual inspection by a local authorised body is required for your specific use case in the UK depends on national regulations. We recommend contacting the relevant UK authority or a certified inspection body such as PIPA for clarification.
