Included in the delivery are: a detailed guide with safety instructions, setup and care information, as well as tips for rental use, a matching transport bag, and a repair kit for minor damage.
Not included are: blower, ground sheet, ground stakes, impact mats, and any additional accessories.

How long does shipping take?
Once payment has been received, your bouncy castle will be packed and handed over to the freight carrier on the same day (for orders placed before 11 a.m.) or on the next working day. Shortly afterwards, you will receive a separate shipping notification from the carrier by email or phone, including the delivery date.
Delivery time depends on the destination. You can find an overview on our shipping costs page.
Important: Due to the high value of the goods, delivery without personal handover is not possible. Please make sure that someone is on site to receive the shipment.
Is the bouncy castle TÜV tested and certified? And what does that mean?
Our bouncy castles are developed in line with TÜV SÜD requirements and comply with the European safety standard DIN EN 14960. Among other things, this standard defines requirements for materials, seam strength, wall heights, safety distances and stability.
This means that every bouncy castle has been tested by TÜV and meets all relevant safety requirements. However, this is not the same as an individual on-site initial inspection, as required in some countries such as Austria.
The certification confirms that the bouncy castle has been manufactured and tested according to TÜV standards.

Made of durable PVC tarpaulin (0.55 mm / 621.3 g/m²) and certified according to DIN EN 14960, the Bouncy Castle Mermaid with Slide is a quality product that meets the highest safety standards.
Please only use the bouncy castle on suitable ground sheets to protect it from sharp objects on the ground and from abrasion. We recommend setting up the bouncy castle on a grass surface and securing it with our ground stakes to ensure maximum safety. After each use, the bouncy castle should be packed away dry and properly to protect it from external influences and transport damage.
⚠️ Only one blower is required to operate the bouncy castle. The second air tube is simply an alternative – for example, if there are space constraints on-site and a different connection works better – or it can be used during deflation to release air more quickly.
