🧾 Ordering & Payment

In this section, you will find answers to the most important questions about ordering bouncy castles, accepted payment methods, and purchasing as a private or business customer. We explain how invoicing works, how VAT and EU VAT numbers are handled, and what to keep in mind for international orders or pre-orders. This gives you a clear overview of the purchasing process and the payment options available to customers across Europe from the very beginning.

We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, EPS, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL and Przelewy24.

You can find a full overview of all payment options on our “Payment Methods” page, where each option is explained in more detail. This makes it easy to choose the payment method that suits you best.

Unfortunately, payment on invoice is not available, except for public institutions such as municipalities, schools or nurseries. In all other cases, dispatch takes place only after payment has been received.
Yes, of course. You will receive a proper invoice showing VAT separately where applicable. It is automatically sent to you by email once payment has been received and your order has been completed.

Companies based in other EU member states outside Germany can purchase from us without VAT if they have a valid VAT identification number.

Simply enter your company name and VAT ID during checkout. Our system will verify the number automatically, and your invoice will then be issued net of VAT.

Please note that this does not apply to customers in Germany. German VAT is always charged for orders within Germany, even if a VAT ID is entered.

Customers from non-EU countries such as Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom automatically see net prices in the shop, without VAT.

Please note that import VAT and, where applicable, customs duties may be charged when the goods enter your country. These charges are billed directly by the carrier or customs authorities. Our shipping costs already include freight, customs clearance and the preparation of export documents.

Because demand is often higher than available stock, we work mainly with pre-orders. If you choose a bouncy castle that is currently inbound rather than immediately available from stock, it is best to place a pre-order as early as possible. Especially popular models are often sold out before they even arrive in our warehouse.

You can place your order directly in the shop as usual. If the model is not currently in stock, your order will automatically be recorded as a pre-order. Alternatively, you can also send us your order by email. As soon as we can estimate the delivery date more precisely, we will inform you so that you can arrange payment in good time.

No need to worry. Your pre-order has been recorded and reserved in our system. The delivery time shown in the shop always refers to the next available unit for a new order placed at that moment.

No, payment is only due shortly before your bouncy castle arrives.

As soon as we can see when your model is expected to arrive, we will send you a notification. Only then will payment become due. Your order will be shipped immediately after payment has been received.

🚛 Delivery & Shipping

Here you will find all key information about delivery times, shipping costs and how our bouncy castles are delivered. We explain how shipping works within Germany and across Europe, whether collection is possible, and how several bouncy castles can be delivered together. You will also find explanations of terms such as “not in stock – available on request” and how delivery times work for pre-orders.

Once payment has been received, your bouncy castle is packed the same day for orders placed by 11 am, or on the following working day, and then handed over to the freight carrier. Shortly afterwards, you will receive a separate shipping notice from the carrier by email or phone confirming the delivery date.

Important: Because of the high value of the goods, delivery without personal handover is not possible. Please make sure that someone is on site to receive the shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and individually as soon as you enter your address at checkout.

For international deliveries, shipping costs are adjusted automatically depending on the destination country and distance. You can also find an overview of shipping costs on our website.

All bouncy castles are delivered by freight carrier on a pallet. Delivery is made kerbside, meaning to the front of your property or address.

Yes, you are welcome to collect your ordered bouncy castle in person from us. Our warehouse is located in Krailling, in the west of Munich. However, please make sure to arrange an appointment in advance, as our warehouse is not staffed at all times.

Yes, absolutely. This is generally possible and more cost-effective than arranging separate deliveries.

In most cases, two bouncy castles can be shipped together on one pallet, and in rare cases even three smaller models. Since the total weight and volume are higher, the pallet cost is slightly higher than for a single bouncy castle, but overall you still save significantly on shipping costs.

Yes, we deliver across Europe, both within the EU and to selected non-EU countries.

Countries we regularly ship to include Austria, Spain, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Poland, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Romania, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, Latvia, Hungary, Croatia, Sweden, Portugal, Estonia, Norway, Greece, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Ireland and Serbia. Delivery to Switzerland and the United Kingdom is also possible.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout or can be quoted individually on request.

For bouncy castles marked with this delivery time, all upcoming units have already been reserved through pre-orders, or demand is currently too low for us to keep them as a regular stock item. If you would like to order one of these models, you are welcome to place a pre-order with us. It will then be manufactured specifically for you.

Depending on the season, you should expect a delivery time of around 5 to 6 months.

We always plan incoming deliveries with a generous time buffer. If everything goes smoothly, the bouncy castle usually arrives in the earlier of the two stated months, and sometimes even sooner.

If there are some delays, delivery is more likely to take place at the beginning or middle of the second month.

Of course, no matter how carefully things are planned, exceptional circumstances can still arise. In rare cases, delivery may take longer than expected if major disruptions occur. However, this remains the exception rather than the rule.

⚙️ Technical Questions

In this section, we answer the most important technical questions about our bouncy castles. This includes topics such as blowers, power consumption, noise levels, anchoring and setup times. We also explain practical questions such as indoor use and operation in wind or rain in a clear and straightforward way.

The standard delivery includes a detailed guide with safety information, setup and care instructions, as well as practical tips for rental use. You will also receive a matching transport bag and a repair kit for minor damage.

Not included are the blower, groundsheet, ground stakes, safety mats and other accessories.
You can find all details in the yellow information box on the relevant product page.

The required blower depends on the individual bouncy castle model and its power requirements. The correct blower specification is always listed in the yellow product information section.

Our bouncy castles are designed for standard commercial blowers, which you can order separately in our accessories category.

The blower reaches around 91 dB, which is roughly comparable to a lawn mower or vacuum cleaner.

Outdoors, the noise is usually barely noticeable, as the sound disperses well and the sound of children playing is often louder anyway 😃

During use, the blower must run continuously so that the air pressure inside the bouncy castle remains stable.

A standard 230 V household power connection is sufficient for operation.
Just make sure that the power source is weather-protected and safely accessible.

Power consumption depends on the size of the blower. On average, a blower uses around 2 kW per hour, which is roughly equivalent to around €0.50 per hour in electricity costs, depending on local energy prices.

That means even several hours of use usually only cost a few euros. It is comparable to running a vacuum cleaner or hairdryer over the same period.

Setting up a bouncy castle usually takes around 10 to 15 minutes, including unrolling, securing and inflating it.

Taking it down normally takes about 15 to 20 minutes, as the air needs to escape fully and the inflatable should be folded away neatly and cleanly.

With a bit of routine, both processes become noticeably faster.

Bouncy castles must always be secured in accordance with the applicable safety requirements. Ideally, they should be set up on grass and anchored using our ground stakes.

On asphalt or other hard surfaces, at least 160 kg of weight must be used per anchoring point. All detailed instructions are included in the guide you receive after purchase.

In stronger winds, from wind force 5 or around 30 km/h, operation must be stopped immediately and the bouncy castle must be taken down.

It should also not be used in rain, as wet surfaces create a risk of slipping.

You will find detailed safety instructions in the guide as well.

Yes, indoor use is generally possible, as long as there is sufficient ceiling height available.

Please make sure the bouncy castle does not rub against any walls or ceilings and that there is enough free space around it, as stated in the product description. Even indoors, the inflatable must still be secured properly to prevent tipping.

With proper care, correct setup and regular cleaning, a bouncy castle can last for many years.

Many of our commercial customers replace their models after a few years to refresh their range with new designs. However, well-maintained bouncy castles still retain a strong resale value even after several seasons.

💡 General Questions & Accessories

In this section, you will find answers to general questions about our bouncy castles and matching accessories. We explain topics such as warranty, spare parts, discounts when buying several inflatables, and the possibility of viewing a product before purchase. You will also find information about resale value, what sets us apart from other suppliers, and which helpful documents are included for rental use.

We provide the statutory warranty for material and manufacturing defects. For private customers, this is 24 months, and for business customers it is 12 months. Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, insufficient care or improper use is excluded. We therefore recommend taking good care of your bouncy castle and following the usage instructions provided.
Yes. When purchasing several bouncy castles, shipping costs are significantly reduced because we can combine multiple models on one pallet.

We are an online-only shop and do not operate a permanent showroom.

However, by prior appointment and in suitable weather, we may be able to set up a demonstration bouncy castle for you so that you can see the quality for yourself.

Yes, spare parts such as steps, slide sheets or transport bags are available on request.

Just send us an email with the model name of your bouncy castle and we will be happy to help.

From time to time, we offer used bouncy castles from our own rental fleet for sale.

If you are interested, simply contact us by email.

The weight depends on the model and is always stated in the product description.

In most cases, our bouncy castles weigh between 80 and 200 kg, so setup and takedown should ideally be done by at least two people.

Your guide includes a detailed step-by-step explanation for both setup and takedown.

It also contains safety instructions, anchoring advice and maintenance tips.

Bouncy castles generally hold their value well.

Well-maintained inflatables can often still be resold at attractive prices even after several years, especially to private buyers or new rental businesses.

Our customers particularly appreciate our fast response times, quick shipping and distinctive, detail-focused designs. We offer a wide selection, high stock availability and tested quality in line with TÜV SÜD and EN 14960 standards – all combined with personal service and real attention to detail.

Every purchased bouncy castle is delivered with a comprehensive guide that includes three pages of important information specifically for rental use, for example on safety, operation and setup. You can use this information as a basis for your own rental agreement.

For legal reasons, however, we are not permitted to provide a fully prepared, legally reviewed rental contract.

🧒 Safety & Use by Children

Children’s safety is the top priority when using bouncy castles. In this section, we answer important questions about age suitability, maximum user numbers and essential safety features. We also explain which types of insurance may be useful or required for commercial use and how to recognise whether a bouncy castle meets the relevant safety standards.

The maximum number of children depends on the individual model and is always listed in the relevant product description.

These figures are based on the EN 14960 safety standard and must not be exceeded.

Our bouncy castles are approved only for children up to the age of 14 and a maximum height of 1.50 m.

Use by adults is not permitted, as the greater weight can damage the inflatable and compromise safety.

If you rent out bouncy castles commercially, we recommend taking out public liability or business liability insurance.

This helps protect you in the event of personal injury or property damage arising from the use of your inflatables.

You can find more information in our blog article: “What insurance do I need if I want to rent out bouncy castles?”

When buying a bouncy castle, look for compliance with DIN EN 14960, TÜV testing, and an individual serial number.

These are important indicators that the inflatable has been manufactured in line with European safety standards and meets all relevant safety requirements.

📄 Certification & Documents

In this section, we explain which certifications and inspections our bouncy castles meet. You will learn what TÜV-tested and EN 14960-certified means and which documents you receive after purchase. This section is especially important for commercial buyers and rental companies who want to operate in a legally compliant and safety-conscious way.

Our bouncy castles are developed according to TÜV SÜD requirements and comply with the European safety standard DIN EN 14960. Among other things, this standard sets requirements for materials, seam strength, wall heights, safety clearances and stability.

This means that each bouncy castle has been tested in line with TÜV standards and meets the relevant safety requirements. However, it is not the same as an individual on-site first inspection, which may be required in some European countries.

The certification confirms that the inflatable has been manufactured and tested in accordance with TÜV standards.

Yes, absolutely.

After purchase, you will receive a 23-page guide containing the following:

• Safety guidelines for setup, takedown and operation
• The DIN EN 14960 certificate with the individual serial number
• Detailed setup and takedown instructions
• Inspection and maintenance guidance
• Practical recommendations for rental use

This guide serves as your comprehensive reference for the safe and professional operation of your bouncy castle.

🧼 Care, Cleaning & Storage

To keep your bouncy castle in excellent condition for as long as possible, proper care is essential. In this section, we explain how to clean, dry and store your inflatable correctly, including over the winter. We also provide maintenance tips and explain how to minimise wear and prevent damage effectively.

Regular cleaning significantly extends the lifespan of your bouncy castle.

Ideally, you should clean it after every use. Even if it still looks clean, a quick wipe-down is worthwhile. It is best to use a dedicated bouncy castle cleaner that cleans the PVC thoroughly while being gentle on the seams.

First remove coarse dirt such as soil or leaves using a vacuum cleaner or hand brush. Then wipe down all surfaces, especially the bouncing area and exit area, using the cleaner.

It is important that the bouncy castle dries completely afterwards, ideally for several hours in the sun with the blower running.

This helps prevent mould and keeps the inflatable in excellent condition for many years. You can also find a detailed article on this topic in our blog: “How do I clean a bouncy castle?”

Always store your bouncy castle in a dry, frost-free place.

If you keep it in a garage or shed, make sure that mice and other animals cannot get access. A clean surface and an airtight transport bag also help protect it from moisture and dirt.

For commercial use, we recommend an annual safety inspection in line with EN 14960, as well as a visual check before every use.

In your guide, you will also find a checklist covering the most important inspection points, including seams, anchoring points, fabric and blower.

After rain or cleaning, the bouncy castle should remain in the sun for several hours with the blower running until it is completely dry.

Simply wiping it with a towel is unfortunately not enough, as moisture can remain in the seams and lead to mould.

If a lot of water has collected inside the inflatable, it can help to tilt it slightly using a forklift or another suitable object so that the water can drain away.
