Since demand is almost always higher than supply, we mainly work with pre-orders. If you have chosen a bouncy castle that is not immediately in stock but is in stock, it is best to pre-order it. We almost never have particularly popular models in stock because they are always sold out before they reach us.
You can simply order in the shop and if the bouncy castle is not in stock, your order will automatically be recorded as a pre-order. Alternatively, you can also send us an email with your order. As soon as we can predict the delivery date, we will inform you so that you can make payment on time.
No worries! We have recorded your pre-order and scheduled it for us. The delivery time stated in the shop is always when the next available bouncy castle would be available if you ordered now.
We offer the legally required warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This is 24 months for private customers and 12 months for commercial customers. Please note, however, that damage caused by normal wear and tear, lack of care or misuse is excluded. Please make sure to take good care of your bouncy castle and follow the enclosed usage instructions.
We always plan delivery with a generous buffer. As a rule, if everything goes smoothly, the bouncy castle arrives in the first month mentioned, sometimes even earlier. If there are some delays, it’s more likely to be early or middle of the second month.
Unfortunately, you can plan an infinite amount of buffer, but if everything in the world goes wrong, in exceptional cases the delivery time can be exceeded. But as said, this is a rare exceptional case.
For bouncy castles with this delivery time, all upcoming ones have already been pre-ordered or we don’t have high demand and have therefore removed them from the fixed range. If you would like these, you are welcome to pre-order them from us. Then it will be made to order for you. You should expect a delivery time (depending on the season) of approx. 5 – 6 months.
If payment is received today, we can pack the bouncy castle directly and hand it over to the shipping company tomorrow. Then shipping takes approx. 2 – 3 working days.
Please check the delivery time stated for your desired bouncy castle before ordering. It’s best to refresh the page as delivery times can change hourly.
This largely depends on the use and maintenance of the bouncy castle. As a rule, a bouncy castle will last for many years if well cared for. Please note the information in our instructions for use.
However, our commercial customers often replace their bouncy castles every few years in order to delight their customers with new models. In addition, a used bouncy castle still has a high resale value.
You are also welcome to pick up the bouncy castle you ordered from us yourself. Our warehouse is in Gilching, in the west of Munich. Be sure to make an appointment with us for collection, as our warehouse is not staffed all the time.
All inflatables are manufactured and tested in accordance with DIN EN 14960. After your purchase, you will receive a guide by e-mail with all the important guidelines. You will also find the certificate there.
No! Our bouncy castles are only built and approved for children. The wall heights etc. checked during certification are also only designed for children up to a maximum of 1.50 m. The high point load with the weight of an adult can shorten the lifespan of your bouncy castle.
